Automotive
The Automotive market segment is the core of the group’s total business. With over 10 years of experience in this market, we have achieved preferred or key supplier status with most of our Auto customers. Our focus is in critical mechanical components for airbags, seatbelts, armrests, sunroofs, doors, steering columns, chassis and engine mounting parts as well as thermal modules.
Airbags
We make Deep Drawn Stamping parts for various configurations of Air Bag modules. These are built on Progressive or Stage Tooling running on large presses. Some parts include secondary process like stud welding done on Robot/Automated lines.
Steering Columns
We make the cylindrical tubes and metal parts (steering columns) by Metal Stamping which are then joined by Automated CMT or welding.
Armrests
For Armrests, we make Metal Stamping parts for the structural frames, followed by automated Assembly using Robotic TIG/CMT welding.
Seat Belts
We make the seat belt frames by Metal Stamping and some models also require secondary stud welding Assembly.
Door Hinges
As part of our extended hinge offering, we provide Metal Stamping parts for Door Hinges, most of which are done by Progressive Tools and some with secondary Assembly operation.
Engine Parts
These are intricate and sometimes complex deep drawn Stamping Parts that we make and used in internal Engine Assemblies.
Sunroofs
For Sunroofs, we make the Slides by Metal Stamping process. Some models require secondary Mechanical Assembly.
