Commitment to Sustainability Governance
On August 20, 2024, the Company adopted the Sustainable Development Committee Charter and established the Sustainability Management Committee to oversee and coordinate sustainability initiatives across the Group, aiming to strengthen positive social and environmental impact.
Chaired by the General Manager and overseen by the Board of Directors, the Committee follows the ESG framework to identify and manage sustainability risks, incorporate stakeholder feedback into corporate strategy, and review progress regularly to ensure sustainability goals are met while enhancing transparency and stakeholder protection.
Board Oversight of Sustainability
The Company has established a governance mechanism for sustainability-related matters. Significant sustainability topics are reviewed by the Sustainability Development Committee before being submitted to the Board of Directors for deliberation. Through regular reviews of implementation progress, execution status, and key initiatives, the Board continuously oversees the implementation of the Company’s sustainability policies.
